An international law firm is opening a Shanghai office and therefore trying to hire their first Shanghai-based partner. The candidate should be an established partner from either another international law firm or a top PRC firm. A reasonable book of business and reliable business connections are expected. The individual will play a leading role in building up this new office and leveraging the relationships across the firm's global network. Accordingly, he or she will be given very favorable partnership arrangement upon joining and sufficient finance, personnel and admin support from the firm's headquarter and other Asian offices to establish and develop the new Shanghai office.
