Through extensive networking and relationship building we maintain regular contact with senior level candidates seeking to move as Partners or with Teams. As a result of our established reputation in this field, we are often approached by laterals who have either made a decision to move or who want to review options.

We are extremely familiar with the sensitivities surrounding Partner and Team movements and are experienced in advising clients on key issues such as the assessment of followings, due diligence issues and the exit of laterals from their current positions.

Our private practice clients include leading international law firms from the US, UK, Europe, Australia and elsewhere in the Asia Pacific Region.  We also act for some of the leading domestic Hong Kong and mainland Chinese practices.

Our in-house team focuses on the specific requirements of multinationals, corporates, banks and other financial institutions on an individual basis. Recognising that no two companies are the same, our team regularly meets with clients to discuss their current requirements and business plans, and provide regular reports on the state of the market.
